1. No Return on Food Items

Since we deal with perishable food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.


2. Refund or Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are offered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged or Spoiled Product

If the food item is delivered in damaged condition or is spoiled at the time of arrival.

  • Missing Items

If any item from your order is missing.

  • Order Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered due to reasons from our side or our delivery partners.


3. Conditions for Claiming a Refund

To file a refund or replacement request:

You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after the allowed time frame may not be accepted.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You simply didn’t like the taste (personal preference)

  • The product was left unattended after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Customer not available at time of delivery

  • Delay caused by customer unavailability

  • Product images provided do not clearly show the issue


5. Cancellation Policy

Before Order Processing

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible.

After Order Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days (depending on payment method)

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase.


7. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the damaged/wrong item

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Full or partial refund

The final decision is at the discretion of Tasty Foods Delights.
